Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail or a letter sent by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

🔑 Expiry of the right of withdrawal for immediate downloads (digital content)

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (here: learning booklets as PDF download), the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period (i.e. the download is made available immediately), and
2. confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and
3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, including this consent and acknowledgement, on a durable medium (e-mail).

Without this consent, the download is only made available after the withdrawal period has expired.
